Dr. Hezri Adnan

Dr. Hezri Adnan is a distinguished Malaysian expert in sustainable development, with a focus on environmental policy, sustainable development goals, and natural resource management. His extensive work encompasses the nexus of energy, water, and food, as well as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He has held prominent positions, including serving as the Executive Director of the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research and CEO of the Langkawi Development Authority. Dr. Hezri has also contributed to international organizations, such as the United Nations' International Resource Panel, and has authored over 100 publications on various aspects of sustainable development.

In his current role as Director of Group Sustainability at Bursa Malaysia, Dr. Hezri is actively involved in integrating sustainability practices within the corporate sector.
