Audrey Ho

was previously the Regional Chief Finance Officer for Kantar (at that time the research arm of the WPP group).  Prior to that she was an Executive Project Manager at IBM, IT Director at Disney, and Finance Director at Disney’s International TV division.  She retired from the corporate world in 2019 - outside of her travels and scuba diving, she immerses herself in volunteer activities, including Climate Governance Malaysia, teaching Myanmar refugee children at St Mary’s Agape School, and teaching yoga at the Malaysian Association for the Blind.

Saraswathi Sambasivam

has had a diverse range of experiences ranging from customer service and training industry – but what she took most pride in was running her own beauty and inner soul lifting programme followed by soft skills and business acumen trainings. She is delighted and honored to be apart of this amazing initiative as the Office Manager. She has always been wondering about how can she as a person make a change in this world, but now with this opportunity given she is very proud to have taken a step forward. “The environment is where we all meet; where we all have a mutual interest; it is the one thing all of us share.”

Salim Khubchandani

is most passionate about gathering valuable Insights through Research, Data and Analytics and applying it through Marketing Strategy. He has over three and a half decades of Marketing experience and domain knowledge across various industry categories ranging from Consumer Finance, Durables and Services. He believes that the learning process never stops and keeps himself abreast by mentoring students from overseas on Marketing Analytics. He derives immense joy working on projects for the community where his knowledge can be applied.

Ooi Wee Liam

is an educator and a social science researcher, currently working as a Postgraduate Research Assistant at the Monash Climate Change Communication Research Hub (MCCCRH) Malaysia Node, analysing data on Malaysians' behaviour and attitudes related to planetary health. His role includes co-producing policy recommendation reports and research papers. Previously, he worked as an Organisational Psychology Consultant at Monash University Malaysia, conducting research to provide recommendations on improving staff mental health and wellbeing.

He has significant teaching experience at Monash University Malaysia, primarily teaching undergraduate research methodology and statistics in psychology. He recently obtained his PhD in Psychology from Monash University Malaysia, specialising in environmental psychology – utilising social connectedness theories to understand human-nature relationships and its influence on pro-environmental motivations. Wee Liam believes that understanding one’s interdependence with nature is key to addressing worsening climate conditions and encouraging climate action.

Shern Low

is a dedicated advocate for humanity and rectitude, seamlessly blending her professional accomplishments with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on society. She was appointed as Executive Director of Growth and Innovation for Climate Governance Malaysia, successfully managing the National Climate Governance Summit with a team of 2.5 individuals. Shern holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which she completed before the age of 21, along with a degree in Experimental Psychology, where she delved into AI computational psychology and developed a deep-seated interest in various psychological fields including political, cognitive, social and cultural evolution. Her extensive experience includes consulting for Beyoncé's manager, founding the widely acclaimed non-profit digital project Ma-Kasih, which eagerly connected people in need during the pandemic's peak, and working in Malaysia's first tech unicorn, where she assisted with operational strategy. Shern was also appointed to oversee and manage the Bristol Alumni Association and played a crucial role in fundraising and operations for Connect-ED, a social enterprise providing free laptops to disadvantaged children. She assisted operations for a prominent tycoon's personal foundation and is passionate about identifying blue ocean innovative opportunities, particularly in the fields of mental health and well-being development.

Purnima Joshi

is a communications consultant with over two decades of experience in corporate communications across multiple media platforms. She combines her skills in creative and communication along with her passion for working for the community towards projects that benefit the environment.  She has worked on a multitude of projects including some initiatives for UNICEF as well as award-winning projects, and is the Co-Founder of Swap in India, an entity created to promote circular economy and sustainability.

Dylan Ong

specializes in biodiversity conservation, ecosystem planning and nature interpretation. With over 15 years of experience as a consultant for government, private sector and NGOs, he has completed a wide range of projects and played a key role in the formulation of important national policies and plans, including National Policy on Biological Diversity, National Physical Plan and Central Forest Spine (CFS) Masterplan for Ecological Linkages. His goal is to help conserve Malaysia’s natural heritage, and believes that the best way to do this is to get everyone working together in a meaningful way, rather than just liking cute animal posts on Facebook.
